charge. If you'd like your own (which we highly recommend for Hot Yoga) mats are

At EVOLUTION (while you're focusing on your health)
the kids have fun too!
The supervised play area is guided by trained and
qualified specialists, ALL of which are First Aid,
CPR and defibrillator certified. The play room is
equipped with toys, its own bathroom, a television,
and much more.
- Ages 6 months and older are welcome to play,
study, or nap.
- There is a babysitting fee of $1 per hour, per
child
- No snacks please.

Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm – 7:30pm

Showers & Steam Room
Full use of showers & steam rooms provided on site by Bristol Total Fitness.
Clients are able to rent lockers or towels for an additional fee.
Health Club
Bristol Total Fitness is right next door so you can conveniently expand your fitness
regime.
